We charge $10 one way for the transportation of an electric bike and pedal bike.

Is the Boston to Provincetown ferry service wheelchair accessible?

Our vessels are wheelchair accessible on both the Boston and Provincetown docks. Our high-speed ferry has wheelchair accessible restrooms, our excursion service aboard the Provincetown II (which is a older vessel) does not. We host passengers with wheelchairs quite frequently.

Can I change my reservation/what if I miss my ferry departure?

We allow passengers to change/transfer their reservations as many time as necessary in order to work around whatever travel wrinkles they may experience. There is no charge for this, but, changes do need to be made prior to the scheduled departure. Passengers can change their own reservations from our website: https://secure.baystatecruisecompany.com/manage. However, we do not provide refunds.

Is overnight parking available near your Boston docks? Could I park there for several days?

Yes, there are several underground parking lots within a block of our pier, and, they all permit overnight parking. The Seaport Hotel's underground lot across the street from us is the most convenient distance-wise from our pier. One block inland from the Seaport Hotel's parking lot, on Congress Street, is another very large and convenient parking lot that permits overnight parking. This lot is called the South Boston Waterfront Transportation Center.

Am I limited in the amount of luggage I can bring aboard and is there a charge for luggage?

If the amount of luggage you're bringing can get aboard under your own power, we can handle it. We do not charge for luggage. We have luggage racks on either side of the top deck, and, fore and aft on the lower deck. We ask that you don't hold luggage at your seats as it takes up room that could be used by passengers.
